Upon taking out a subscription, your customer can indicate whether his or her telephone number may be listed in telephone directories (paper and electronic) and number information services. Depending on the preferences of the customer, the information is exchanged with providers of telephone directories and services.
How does it work?
This is easily arranged with the Subscriber Information service. You supply the details of the customer once via the central platform. COIN validates, aggregates and distributes the data to providers of telephone directories and number information services.
As a neutral party, we will help you to efficiently fulfil these legal obligations. We also offer you a platform for consultation on the Subscriber Information service.
What do you get?
The Subscriber Information service provides you with access to the central platform, where you can easily enter all necessary information for your customer. You can also participate in consultations to jointly improve the platform and the chain of data provision.
