The KPN copper network has been made openly accessible in the Netherlands. Telecommunication providers can rent from KPN the last piece of copper line that runs from the KPN exchange to the customer's connection address. This allows you as a provider, to offer telephony, broadband and TV over the KPN copper network..
How does it work?
If you want to offer broadband services to your customers, you can rent a piece of the copper network from KPN. This can be requested via the KPN order system. You will be able to access this system through the secured COIN network. As an independent party, we additionally offer KPN and other providers the opportunity to discuss any operational issues in this area. This way, all parties can work together in order to improve the quality of the ordering, delivery and aftercare process. COIN manages and monitors the quality of the agreements made.
What do you get?
The COIN Access Service provides you with access to the KPN order system, all relevant information and documentation. In addition, you have the opportunity to participate in joint discussions about the Access services.
