How does it work?
Through self regulation service providers have agreed that the new provider will take care of the switching process for the customer. A customer can easily switch it's Internet access, telephony and tv bundle to another service provider, without overlapping invoices and with minimal service interruption. With the COIN switching service this is easily taken care of. We manage and facilitate the exchange of necessary information and connect you to a shared platform. This will enable both the originating and the new service provider to access all information required for a smooth service provider switch. This will make the service provider switch process very customer-friendly.

The COIN switching service ('overstapservice') offers you direct access to our user-friendly web portal and the COIN API. You will have all the tools you need and it will allows for easy communication with all service providers in the Netherlands.
